Effective Christmas Day 2009, WartHog Persichini resigned from his post as Head of the Washington DC FBI Field Office! Why do you ask? Because this dumbass cheated on an open book test! Yep, you heard that right. An open book test. Hold on, do we need to say it louder? A freakin O-P-E-N B-O-O-K T-E-S-T
The story:
Persichini was taking an OPEN BOOK exam on the guidelines for conducting investigations when he, and 2 cohorts, Keith Bryars, special agent in charge of administration, and Andrew Castor, special agent in charge of the criminal division, finished the test in under 20 minutes with “very high scores.” The test usually takes the swine and warthogs over 2 hours. It is believed that the three received help from an FBI Lawyer.
The exam, on guidelines for conducting investigations (someone didn’t do their homework), wraps up a 16 hour course in which all FBI Agents, including Robert Mueller himself, and some support staff are required to take. The exam, open book (did we mention that?), allows the pigs to use reference materials…the caveat being they have to do it by themselves.
Clearly, Persichini, Castor and Bryars have some explaining to do. But in the interim, we were glad there were a few less pigs roaming our streets. Sadly, they were replaced.
FBI ‘Safe’ Streets Task Force, US Park Police Shoot, Kill Trey Joyner
On Monday, June 8 at approximately 8:30pm, 4 plain clothes US Park Police Officers working in the ‘Safe’ Streets Taskforce, led by the Washington FBI Field Office, gunned down 24 year old Trey Joyner.
The Pigs got some information from an informant that there was a “man with a gun.” Trey was in a car in Trinidad, his neighborhood, when the plain clothes pigs began to pursue him. Scared, he got out of the car and ran down the alley. They shot him, repeatedly, in his back.
The 4 USPP pigs said Trey pointed a gun at them. All of the witnesses swear that never happened. A gun was ‘found’ at the scene. Trey’s family believes it was later planted there to justify the murder of Trey. To date, there is no evidence that the gun belonged to Trey and that he ever pointed it at the plain clothes pigs pursuing him.
The cold blooded murder of young Trey Joyner is, sadly, another event in the ongoing militarization of Trinidad and the near Northeast neighborhoods. Last Summer Chief Swine Lanier declared all out war on the neighborhood setting up checkpoints on the perimeter. In April, USPP repeatedly shot 54 year old Ronald Hughes on K street NE.
The killing of Trey Joyner was done under the auspices of the Washington FBI Filed Office’s ‘Safe’ Streets Taskforce. The Taskforce draws in pigs from MPD, USPP and the FBI. “Under the Initiative, the FBI blends local and federal law enforcement resources to target violent, drug trafficking street gangs.” Its abundantly clear, however, that this so-called initiative is targeted at young black males regardless of any alleged gang ‘membership.’
As of the time of this post, the Swine agencies are still withholding the names of the 4 plain clothes USPP pigs who murdered Trey Joyner. Therefore, it leaves us no other option than to provide our readers with the information on the man who ordered this TaskForce in the First Place.
Joseph J Persichini Jr.wa s the Assistant Director in Charge of the Washington FBI Field Office. (He was in charge at the time). 
Persichini was appointed in 2006 to head the agency that has carried out a disastrous campaign of terror against DC residents from as murderous as the so-called ‘Safe’ streets Taskforce to as annoying as the spying on activists and everything in between.
Persichini has made a career out of terrorizing people. He began working for the FBI in 1976 with the Alexandria Field Office. He moved his way up the ladder. In 1988, he was appointed Supervisory Special Agent at FBI Headquarters in the Office of Professional Responsibility. In May 1991, he was transferred to the Miami Division, where he served as Supervisory Special Agent of the Law Enforcement Corruption Squad. In this capacity, Persichini was the program manager responsible for the direction and support of the FBI Miami’s public corruption program. In November 2002, Persichini was named Special Agent in Charge, Administrative Division, Washington Field Office, with responsibility for all human resources, facilities, technical operations, security, training, and budget matters. He’s been here ever since.
Wart Hog Persichini is married to Joleen Persichini and they have 2 daughters. Joleen is a property appraiser in Fairfax county. He and his daughters are avid soccer players. Wart Hog Persichini can often be found at the Tidal Basin in DC. He also enjoys Italian food, watching the Andy Griffith Show, reading the Godfather and eating at Clyde’s at Gallery place (Chinatown).
Wart Hog Persichini is a very dangerous individual. He should NOT ever be approached. For the safety of all humanity, do not approach him (or his family).

We verified using the Fairfax County Property Assessment database. We further verified the address by googling his wife’s name and came up with this site. Simple. Legal. Public.
