Chief No (re)Morse for Racism

Swine McMahon, recently arrested for trespassing, inspired us to take a closer look at the US Capitol Police. Today, we feature their chief swine Philip D. Morse.

The US Capitol Police have a long history of racism and stirring racial tensions both within the force and against the general public.

In 2006, Representative Cynthia McKinney was charged for allegedly touching (“with a closed fist”) US Capitol Swine Officer Paul McKenna in a hallway of the Longworth House building.  Representative McKinney walked past the security entrance as she did everyday and continued on her way to her office.  Swine McKenna then proceeded to chase her down the hall.  Once they were out of camera range, swine Mckenna alleged that Representative struck her.  No evidence, however, ever surfaced confirming his allegations.  Two days later, Swine McKenna filed a police report alleging Representative McKinney struck him.

The case was later pushed to the desk of Wild Boar Channing Phillips.  US Attorney Phillips convened a Grand Jury, calling half a dozen US Capitol Swine.  After months of dragging Representative McKinney through the mud, Wild Boar Phillips declined to prosecute finding “insufficient evidence.”

This is clearly a result of racial profiling gone awry.  Swine McKenna, a 3 year veteran at the time of the force, chased down a well known Representative who is also a Black Woman. Representative McKinney recently changed her haircut Really and failed to wear a lapel pin that day.  However, after interviewing a number of representatives, countless White Men acknowledged they NEVER wear their lapel pin and never get chased down the hall.

So, really Swine Mckenna do all Black Women look alike?  Are  Black Women criminals?  Why do you pick and chose who you harass?  Why did the US Capitol Police have your back and not Representative McKinney’s?

But this wasn’t the first time racial tensions were stirred by the  US Capitol Police.  In the early 2000s, the Black US Capitol Police Officers Association filed a series of lawsuits alleging the Capitol Police department’s pattern of filing excessive and unfounded disciplinary charges against prominent members of the class action, as well as a pattern of harassment, including exclusion of class members from the U.S. Capitol Complex and a series of auto tampering, break-ins and vandalism of class members’ automobiles.  Additionally white officers used racial epithets against black members of the force and physically abusing black officers.

As of 2006, the US Capitol Police had 1,200 members, of whom 357 (or 29 percent) are Black.   In the higher ranks – detective and above – Blacks hold 32 of 244 slots (or 13 percent), which is down from 16 percent of those slots held by Blacks in 1993.

Despite these striking numbers, they appointed Cracker Philip D. Morse to lead the racist US Capitol Police.  Morse has a 24 year history of working for the USCP.  Before becoming chief, he was an inspector in the department.  He acknowledges one of his greatest achievements was coordinating security for the 55th presidential inauguration (W’s second term).

His 2-story 3,514 square foot detached home sits on a lot of over 27,000 square feet.  The aluminum-brick trim exterior home has a 436 square foot porch, 572 square foot attached garage, 760 square foot patio, 451 square foot finished basement, central air conditioning, and sewer and water attached.  No gas is available except for the methane seeping out from his sty.   The house is huge…complete with 2 stories of 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 2 fireplaces.
Its currently worth over a million dollars though it appears as if Swine Morse’s father, Philip L. Morse, purchased it in 1998 for $560,000 and then gifted it to his son’s wife Holly in 2000 and then she gifted it to her hubby in 2003…it looks to us as if there’s some money laundering goin on here.  Perhaps Wild Boar Phillips could investigate…

This information was found through entirely legal and public means.  We first searched through the whitepages for Philip D. Morse.  From there we found his address and then verified it through the Fairfax county property assessment database.  We confirmed it was his house, and not his father’s, through his middle initial.  Simple. Legal. Public.
