In our continuing coverage of Swine getting locked up, we turn to US Capitol Police Officer (currently on paid administrative leave!) Thomas Patrick McMahon who decided after a night of drunken stupor to wander into a woman’s apartment and pass out in her bed. Swine McMahon was so drunk, he slept right up to when the Arlington Swine came and hauled his ass off to jail.
McMahon was charged with trespassing (enter a property to damage—class 1 misdemeanor…up to a year in jail) under Virginia criminal code 18.2-121. He was held initially on $2000 bond though it appears as if he made bail. Earlier today, Swine McMahon was formally arraigned and his case (#GC09003803-00) is being continued to October 20th at 2pm in courtroom 3A.
McMahon is 34 years old, born July 31 1976, and has spent 11 years working for the US Capitol Police.

McMahon’s 2-story end unit townhouse has water, public sewer, central air conditioning and electricity but no gas lines. Additionally, it has a 193 square foot english basement. And like swine McMahon, the townhouse quality is considered ‘average.’
Swine McMahon purchased his unit on April 29, 2002 for $175,00. It’s currently worth $275,550. With equity like that, he could sleep in 137.775 women’s beds.
