Here at Swinefludc, we operate a 24/7 hotline open for folks to report police brutality and police misconduct in the DC area. This past weekend, October 7-10, demonstrations against the World Bank and International Monetary Fund took place in downtown DC. Demonstrators from all over came out to protest these pillars of capitalism. The demonstrators, however, were met by an intense police presence: horses, bicycles, motorcycles, white shirts and plain clothes pigs. Hundreds, if not thousands, of swine infested the streets.
The police presence was masterminded by the MPD intelligence department. These fools drove the Impalas alongside the demonstrators, pointing out people, videotaping events and barking orders to their swine peons.
We recently received a report of one of the swine in charge this past weekend as being Sgt. Madison. A white dude with a blue polo/oxford, jeans and generic to ugly face. The tipster informs us he lead the swine pack, ordered the mass detention and threatened protesters.
So, we jumped into Go-mode and researched this fool. Sgt. Madison’s real name is Sgt. Jeffrey L. Madison, a member of the Intelligence Division. He’s well connected to other swine featured on this site. He’s worked with Detective Shithead Shinton on a number of cases. Swine Madison was also named in the Partnership for Civil Justice Suit around World Bank protesters being unlawfully arrested, searched and interrogated in Spring 2002. Madison was the swine who conducted the interrogations.
Swine Madison also received an award for being in the intelligence department (read: not for having intelligence). He got this award alongide Captain Swine Herold, who coincidentally shares the same first name. We guess they’re not very discriminating in who gets awards.
So, we’ve concluded Swine Sgt. Jefferey L. Madison is a grade A asshole.

We looked at whitepages and found Jefrey L. Madison to live in Gambrills, MD. We cross checked the property assesment database for Anne Arundel County and confirmed this. Simple, legal, public.
