On October 2, 2009 at 3:25 in the afternoon, Officers Eric C. Leukhardt, Stephen Miller and John Freeman of the Charles County Sheriffs Department shot and killed unarmed Cornelius Maurice Warren. He left behind a family of 7. He was 44.
Cornelius was about half a mile from his home in Pisgah, MD, when he was pulled over for speeding. After allegedly seeing marijuana in his SUV, Sheriffs Leukhardt, Miller and Freeman ordered Cornelius and his passenger out of the vehicle. Upon getting out of their SUV, Officers of the Charles County Sheriffs Department opened fire on Cornelius.
The Swine version of the story is that Cornelius reached for the gun of one of the swine prompting them to shoot and kill him.
The dash cam of the cruiser tells a very different story. The NAACP, currently seeking federal review of the murder, was privy to the footage. William Braxton, president of the Charles County NAACP explains “We strongly believe the shooting was aggravated by the officer himself.” He continues on to state that if the dash cam footage was released to the public, “it would answer a lot of questions.”
In describing the murder, the Sheriffs department referred to deceased Cornelius as “a bad guy” and a “dope dealer” because he had a criminal record. Not only did Cornelius stay out of the claws of the so-called justice system for over a decade, but having a criminal record does not justify the use of force by the pigs. Plain and simple, it just doesn’t.
The Swine account states that 11 shots were fired, however witnesses reported hearing 25-30 shots. There also exists discrepancies as to how many bullet wounds Cornelius suffered. Regardless, 11 or 30 shots are too many. Why are swine shooting to kill? Why are they allowed to roam our streets with impunity?
Well, a few were put on vacation, err, Paid Administrative Leave. Eric C. Leukhardt, the most senior (11 years) of the Swine involved in the murder of Cornelius Maurice Warren is currently chilling at his home in Mechanicsville.

Third from the left, wearing the hoody under the Swine jacket.
Swine Leukhardt is a member of the “community policing unit” (perhaps a new name is in order?) of the Charles County Sheriffs’ Department. He was once involved in making bikes and giving them to children. That’s sweet. Now, he’s killing their parents. When he goes back to work, he can be reached on his work phone at 301- 609-3282 ext. 317.
He went to Lackey High School in Indian Head Maryland and graduated in 1992.
When not shooting up the community, he can be found vacationing with his wife Dawn at:
35298 Golf Course Drive
Mechanicsville, MD 20659
They live on 13,500 square foot lot with a 2,259 home built on it. It is a 2 story home (no basement) built relatively recently in 2002. The home has siding and is described as a “standard unit”. The legal description of the home is Lot 29 Block N Plat 7 Section 2 Plat 8/48 Wicomico Shores. It is in Fire District 5.
Its currently worth $403,420, which is up from $190,000, the price they paid for their sty back on Novemeber 15, 2002.
This information was found through entirely legal and public means. We first read some articles about the shooting death of Cornelius Warren. We then used whitepages to find an address, which we found to be in Mechanicsville. After that, we cross-checked it with the MD property assesment database to confirm that he lived there. Well, that proved it to us, but we weren’t completely sure that it was the same Leukhardt. So, we googled “Officer EC Leukhardt”. And upon googling his first and middle initial, we found this article. Simple, easy, public, legal.
On August 23, 20008, I also became victimized by Swine Flu in Charles County, Maryland. Like myself, I believe that Cornelius Maurice Warren, who was murdered on October 2, 20009 was a victim of racial profiling, see H.R. 5748, the End Racial Profiling Act. Note that Steny Hoyer, Congressman of Charles County, did not support this Bill.
I my case, I was stopped without cause, as I rode as a passenger in a vehicle. I was beaten and kicked to the ground Rodney Kill style, except my assault landed me in the hospital for 5 days. I was treated for 4 to 10 fractured ribs, tooth loss, clasped lung, etc. Moreover, I can not find legal help. No one except the Pigs complained of my committing a crime. No one complaint of me resisting police or wrong doing in any way. I was beaten and left for dead on the Charles County Detention parking lot. Fortunately, a passerby saw me lying in a pool of blood and called an ambulance.
Please provide me any information on how I might find the attorney(s) who is providing legal assistance for Cornelius Maurice Warren.
I would also be willing to serve as a Class Action memeber in a civil complaint against the Charles County Swine. Hence, this appear to be normal law inforcement in the County.
Any rate, please keep me informed regarding a vaccination and economic recovery from these pigs human rights violations.
cornelius m. warren was my two sons father. he did not deserve to die. the swine that killed him will suffer gravely by the hands of the Lord. my sons are grown men but still they suffer from dreams about the swine killing their father. something must be done.
I am somewhat aware of Cornelius M. Warran story. I believe another person was murdered by Charles county Swain in a more resecent incident. ..Some one buy the name of Lyles ( I think). If someone have more information on this murder please contact me.
I am writing as a victim of Charles county Swine. In August of 2008 I was beat and stopped by one or more of these pigs while my hands were handcuffed behind my back. I suffered 4 broken ribs, 4 teeth kicked out and my left lung was stomped in. I spend 5 days in Civist hospital and have a $60,000 thousand medical bill. I Filled a pro se civil action case, todate I can not find legal representation with enough balls to help me. Probabley because I am poor and Black. However, no one disputes what happend to me.
I believe there are grounds for a Class Action complaint based on excessive force, hence this county had such a long record of excessive force…I am interested in being the primary complaining representative for such a complaint…All of the establishment orgainizations that suppose to deal with these kind of complaints refuse to help.

To the love ones of Cornelius M. Warren:
The Lord help those who help themselves…’You take one step and he will take two’ so the scripture goes. Please contact me via the email below. We need to talk. We must act to have the numerous excessive force cases in Charles county addressed. Please contact me.
And at last, this clown and uncle Tom William Braxton is a disgrace to the NAACP, as you probabely know. If that is the best Charles county can do for a president…you all are in very bad shape.
