Cracker Pig Johannes Mehserle Murdered Oscar Grant, but only gets convicted of involuntary manslaughter

5 07 2010

UPDATED:::

It is a well known fact that on New Year’s Day 2009, Johannes Mehserle shot in cold blooded and murdered unarmed Oscar Grant on the BART platform in Oakland, CA.

Despite the graphic video footage and countless eyewitnesses of Mehserle discharging lead from his .40 caliber semiautomatic weapon into Oscar Grant’s  back, it took the State of California 12 days to file charges against Mehserle.

Less than 2 months ago, the trial proceedings began.  A jury, of Mehserles’ peers was chosen:  7 honkies, 4 Hispanic and 1 Asian.  6 of the Jurors are believed to have ties to Pigs.

This week, an LA  jury  decided  Johannes Mesherle accidentally shot and killed Oscar Grant, convicting the cracker swine of involuntary manslaughter carrying a sentence of 2-4 years.  Anyone know what ya get if you kill a pig or, perhaps more acurately get convicted of killing a pig, regardless whether or not you actually killed the swine?  Death, Life without parole or, on the lighter side, Life.

So despite the videos, eye witness accounts, and uh, evidence, this cracker gets off relatively scot free! The jury had the option of chosing (in the order of severity from worst to least): first degree murder, second degree murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter or acquittal.  They chose the weakest conviction for the heinous crime.

Mehserle was defended by Michael Rains (bar number 91013) of Rains Lucia Stern .  Rains, a former Santa Monica Pig,  has a long rap sheet of defending swine and their cohorts.    Rains successfully won the acquittal of the Corcoran 8, the 8 prison guards who staged fights amongst inmates for entertainment.  He’s known as the go-to guy for the area FOPs, often defending and helping out pigs in trouble.

Rains doesn’t do it alone though.  He gets help from his Swine wife Kathy.  Kathy, a former Contra Costa County Pig, works at his law firm too.  Like her boarish hubby, Kathy devotes her entire career to “helping police officers.”

When not lying for pigs and defending their sorry fat asses, Kathy and Michael Rains can be found chillin in their $1.5million home at

18875 Bollinger Canyon Rd
San Ramon, CA 94583

The pair tried to sell their sty in 2008, putting it on the market and even making  a website for it, but alas they failed with the market crash.  So, their website still sits waiting for a gullible buyer.   But, beacuase their website expires on July 10, we took the liberty of posting the pictures below.   Check it out:

Having once been subjected to police brutality, I have no love lost for my city’s Swinest. For the most part, I love your website, but being white, I wish you would leave out the comments about “honkies” and “crackers”. Pigs come in all colors, as do their victims. As for officer Mehserle, it is to bad that he got off so lightly for shooting an African American in the back, but for whatever its worth, at least the jury convicted him of something, which is more than I can say for the mostly African American jury which let OJ Simpson get off scot-free for stabbing to death two whites; nearly decapitating the mother of his children in the process.
